BCBSNC had a business goal of providing its subscribers with easy access to healthcare information on the go. However, since this was their first foray into mobile, it was a fundamental shift from web and traditional media for the client and it was critical to retain a consistent brand image.
HealthNav Features:
Urgent Care – Need to find an urgent care center, now? The Urgent Care finder locates the nearest in-network center using your GPS position – and then maps your way there. The feature will also deliver directions, addresses and phone numbers, so getting there is quick and easy.
Find a Drug – Looking for savings on prescription drugs? Find a Drug helps you find lower-cost drug options, average drug costs and even gives you the ability to save your drug information in one convenient place. It’s your drug finder on the go.
My Notes – Do you ever forget to ask the doctor a question? My Notes offers a helpful list of questions to ask your doctor. You can also record your own notes, prescriptions and reminders — before you forget them. Notes are private and not accessed by anyone else.
